You cannot use my art or designs for NFTs or IA Training.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

I usually use my commissions as examples, if you don't want me to use them, please notify me, same if you don't want me to publish it on my social Media.

Please don't rush me, I have no problem with asking me about the status of the commission. Sometimes it takes time to get started.

If you repost my art, remember to give me the credits, "credits to the author" doesn't count as credits.

Only accept payments in USD, via paypal.

I'd prefer receiving the payment before i start drawing. I don't start a commission until payment is made.

After I'm started, there are no refunds unless I'm unable to draw your order. If you insist on a refund and I've already started, I'll send a partial refund based on what stage of the process I was working on.

Due to the high fees I can't afford payment plans so I don't accept them for now.

I only make minor changes for free, changes that affect the final drawing too much will have an extra charge.

I prefer digital references, I have no problem with traditional ones, as long as they are clear and give me some freedom to work with colors.

in customs and commissions, all the information you can give me is fine, don't hesitate to drop long texts describing what you want or even use some reference images.

In commissions with written references (where there is no drawn design) the price of the "Base Custom Design" is added to the price

You can modify all you want your designs obtained by me, however you must keep the original design file. As for the credits you can put for example "original design by Draconeko, edited by me"

To avoid unfair reselling, you may not sell my designs for more than you bought them for, commissioned or self-made art is the only thing that can increase the price of your design.

As I am a small and little known artist for now commercial use of my designs is not allowed, However I am flexible so it can be discussed.
